Laundry
From Monday to Friday except on holidays. Use the laundry bag and the ordering form available at the reception. Please drop your laundry at the reception before 9 am and it will be returned on the same day by 8 pm. The laundry is closed on the weekend and public holidays.
Ironing: self service, around the clock, Ironing Room on the 7th Floor.
Toiletries (toothpaste, tooth brush, razor, comb, hygiene items), sewing kits, shoe shine kit and adapters are available at the reception.
Services for children
Baby’s bottle warmer, high chairs, booster seats, cots and changing tables. Please contact the reception.

Bed linen change
- Bed linen is changed every three days. Please call reception if you require this more often.
Cleaning
- Daily cleaning is done every day between 08.00-15.00. If you do not require daily cleaning, please let us know by placing the “Do not disturb” sign on the door handle. Towels are changed daily upon request.
- We are committed to reducing our ecological footprint, so if you would like to support the environment, please hang up the blue sign on the door handle by 9 a.m. which is placed on your bed and earn extra 100 points as an ALL member during your stay.
As a standard we provide two different types of pillow per person, extra pillow available in the cupboard under the minibar.

We love our four-legged visitors and are delighted to have them here! However, for hygiene reasons, we kindly ask that they enjoy their time in our comfortable common areas or in your room instead of the restaurant during breakfast.
Fast breakfast
Enjoy a simple and quick breakfast at the bar, from 8 a.m to 12 p.m. Choose one sandwich, a cup of coffee and a glass of juice for 4.000 HUF (~ 10 EUR).

Same opening hours, please call reception the night before until 9 pm to place your order.
